Developmental Idealism in China

Wang Guangzhou, P.I.

The Population Studies Center at the University of Michigan will collaborate with the Population Institute at the Chinese Academy of Social Science to conduct an in-depth survey in Sichuan Providence to understand how to measure developmental idealism within the Chinese context. Dr. Wang Guangzhou at the Population Institute at the Chinese Academy of Social Science will be the primary Chinese collaborator responsible for the fieldwork of the survey. The pretest is planned for July 2007, with the actual survey to follow in October 2007.
